Birth assistants provide on site assistance to the midwives as they attend births.  This position requires an on call schedule and passion for natural labor and birth.

Care Assistants help follow up with our patients when the needs arise.  This may include breastfeeding support, nursing care, hearing screens, and newborn weight checks.

Nursing students and midwifery students who are looking for exposure and training in home birth.

This position is for someone who is interested in learning about how a small independent healthcare office works.  Whether you are interested specifically in office management, public health or maternal and child health, the knowledge and exposure you can gain at our office can help direct you along your career path. 

We require childbirth classes for our first time parents and have childbirth educators who offer specific classes geared towards home  birth.

Office staff help with the daily workings of our clinical office.  Answering phones and scheduling appointments is a big part of that as well as prepping charts, faxing records and records requests and keeping our office flowing.
